1. Delivery Locations

FirstTiny currently offers delivery across India.

Delivery availability may depend on the serviceability of your pin code by our courier partners. In case your location is not serviceable, we may contact you to discuss possible alternatives or cancel the order and process a refund, if payment has already been made.


2. Dispatch Timeline

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Dispatch may take longer during:

  • festivals
  • public holidays
  • high-order periods
  • stock verification
  • courier delays
  • unavoidable operational issues

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through the available communication channel such as SMS, WhatsApp, email, or website order update.


3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, the estimated delivery timeline is usually 7 to 10 business days, depending on your delivery location and courier serviceability.

Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations, non-metro areas, containment zones, weather issues, strikes, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

For orders below the free shipping value, a standard shipping charge will apply.

5. Courier Partners

We may ship orders through trusted courier partners, including but not limited to:

  • Delhivery
  • XpressBees
  • Blue Dart
  • other available logistics partners

The courier partner may vary depending on your pin code, product type, package size, delivery speed, and service availability.


6. Cash on Delivery

FirstTiny offers Cash on Delivery on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes.

Cash on Delivery availability may depend on:

  • delivery location
  • courier partner serviceability
  • order value
  • previous delivery history
  • product category

FirstTiny reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders, locations, or customers in case of repeated refusal, non-availability, incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts.


7. Store Pickup from Ahmedabad

FirstTiny also offers store pickup from our Ahmedabad store.

Store pickup orders should be collected only after receiving confirmation from FirstTiny. Customers may be asked to show order confirmation, registered mobile number, or payment proof at the time of pickup.


8. Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, tracking details may be shared with you by SMS, email, WhatsApp, or through your account on our website.

If the tracking link does not update immediately, please allow some time, as courier tracking systems may take a few hours to reflect the latest status.

9. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery at the address provided by the customer.

Please ensure that:

  • the delivery address is complete and correct
  • the mobile number is active
  • someone is available to receive the order
  • COD payment is ready, if applicable

If the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, or does not respond to courier calls, the order may be returned to FirstTiny.

In such cases, re-shipping may be chargeable, depending on the situation.


10. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

FirstTiny will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address/contact details provided by the customer.

Address changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or dispatched.


11. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Product Delivery

If you receive a damaged product, wrong product, missing item, or tampered package, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

You may be required to share:

  • order number
  • unboxing video
  • product photos
  • packaging photos
  • invoice or order confirmation
  • clear details of the issue

Claims made after the allowed timeline may not be accepted.

Please do not use, wash, open, or damage the product further if you wish to raise a delivery-related complaint.


12. Delivery Delays

While FirstTiny tries to deliver all orders within the estimated timeline, delays may happen due to courier operations, weather, festivals, public holidays, remote locations, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

FirstTiny will not be liable for delays caused by courier partners or external conditions, but we will support you in tracking and resolving the issue wherever possible.


13. Order Splitting

In some cases, products from the same order may be shipped separately due to product availability, size, category, or warehouse/store processing.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking details.
