Return, Replacement, Exchange & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility Window

Customers must raise any return, replacement, exchange, or refund request within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Requests made after 5 days from delivery may not be accepted.

To raise a request, contact us through WhatsApp at 8153064680 with your order details and issue description.

2. Eligible Cases for Return, Replacement, or Exchange

A request may be accepted only in the following cases:

  1. You received a damaged product.
  2. You received a defective product.
  3. You received the wrong product.
  4. You received a product with missing parts or accessories.
  5. The package was tampered with at the time of delivery.
  6. The product has a manufacturing defect and the issue is reported within the allowed timeline.

All claims are subject to inspection, verification, and approval by FirstTiny.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following products are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  1. Toys
  2. Battery-operated toys
  3. Games
  4. Opened baby care items
  5. Used products
  6. Washed products
  7. Damaged products caused by customer handling
  8. Products with missing original packaging, tags, labels, manuals, or accessories
  9. Products damaged due to incorrect usage
  10. Products purchased under clearance, final sale, or special discount campaigns, if marked non-returnable

However, if any of the above products are delivered damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete, FirstTiny may offer a replacement or suitable resolution after verification.

4. Condition of Product for Return or Replacement

To be eligible for return, replacement, or exchange, the product must be:

  1. Unused
  2. Unwashed
  3. Unopened, wherever applicable
  4. In original packaging
  5. With all tags, labels, manuals, parts, accessories, and invoice/order proof
  6. Not damaged by the customer
  7. Not altered, repaired, or modified in any way

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

5. Proof Required

To process your request, FirstTiny may ask for:

  1. Order number
  2. Registered mobile number
  3. Clear product photos
  4. Packaging photos
  5. Invoice or order confirmation
  6. Unboxing video
  7. Photos of damage, defect, missing part, or wrong item
  8. Any other details reasonably required for verification

For damaged, missing, wrong, or tampered package claims, an unboxing video is strongly recommended.

6. Return Shipping

For approved return requests, return shipping charges will be paid by the customer, unless FirstTiny decides otherwise in a specific case.

The customer is responsible for safely packing and shipping the product back to FirstTiny.

If the returned product is damaged in return transit due to poor packaging by the customer, the refund or replacement request may be rejected.

7. Replacement Policy

If your replacement request is approved, FirstTiny may replace the product with the same item, subject to stock availability.

If the same product is not available, FirstTiny may offer:

  1. Similar product replacement
  2. Store credit
  3. Refund to the original payment method
  4. Any other suitable resolution mutually agreed upon

Replacement approval is at the discretion of FirstTiny after product inspection.

8. Exchange Policy

Exchange may be allowed only if:

  1. The product is eligible for exchange.
  2. The request is raised within 5 days of delivery.
  3. The product is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  4. The product category is exchangeable.
  5. The requested exchange product is available in stock.

Exchange may not be available for toys, battery-operated toys, games, opened baby care items, hygiene-sensitive items, used products, and sale products unless the product delivered was wrong, damaged, or defective.

Any price difference, shipping charge, or reverse pickup cost may be payable by the customer.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the return request is approved and the returned product is inspected by FirstTiny.

Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

For Cash on Delivery orders, FirstTiny may request bank account or UPI details to process the refund.

10. Refund Deductions

The following charges may be deducted from the refund, wherever applicable:

  1. Shipping charges
  2. Return shipping charges
  3. COD charges, if applicable
  4. Payment gateway charges, if applicable
  5. Any product damage or missing item cost
  6. Any other direct cost incurred due to customer-side issue

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error is from FirstTiny’s side.

11. Rejection of Return or Refund Request

FirstTiny may reject a return, replacement, exchange, or refund request if:

  1. The request is made after 5 days from delivery.
  2. The product is used, opened, washed, damaged, or altered.
  3. Original packaging, tags, invoice, or accessories are missing.
  4. The product falls under a non-returnable category.
  5. The issue is caused by customer misuse.
  6. Proof of issue is not provided.
  7. The product received back is different from the one shipped.
  8. The product fails inspection.
  9. The claim appears fraudulent or unreasonable.

12. Baby Care Products

Opened baby care products such as creams, lotions, oils, cosmetics, or hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene reasons.

Please check product details, ingredients, usage instructions, age suitability, and warnings before use.

13. Battery-Operated Toys

Battery-operated toys are non-returnable once opened or used.

If a battery-operated toy is received damaged, defective, or non-functional, the issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery with clear proof.

Damage due to wrong batteries, rough handling, water exposure, misuse, or improper charging will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
