After dispatch, delivery normally takes 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Do you deliver all over India?

Yes, FirstTiny delivers across India.

Delivery depends on pin code serviceability by our courier partners such as Delhivery, XpressBees, Blue Dart, or other available logistics partners.

If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you and guide you with the next possible solution.

What are the shipping charges?

FirstTiny offers free shipping on orders above ₹699.

For orders below ₹699, a standard shipping charge of ₹80 will apply.

The final shipping charge will be shown clearly at checkout before you place the order.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes.

COD may depend on your location, courier availability, order value, and previous delivery history.

To avoid delivery issues, please keep the correct address, active mobile number, and COD amount ready when the courier arrives.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders once placed are generally not cancellable.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Can I return or exchange toys, baby care products, or clothes?

Returns and replacements are accepted only within 5 days of delivery and only after approval.

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened, used, washed, damaged, or unpacked products cannot be returned.

Toys, battery-operated toys, games, and opened baby care items are generally non-returnable unless they are received damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete.
