Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains whether orders placed on FirstTiny can be cancelled and how cancellation requests are handled.

1. General Cancellation Rule

Orders once placed on firsttiny.com are generally not cancellable.

Customers are requested to carefully check product details, quantity, price, delivery address, and payment method before placing an order.

2. Cancellation Before Shipment

Although cancellation is generally not allowed, FirstTiny may consider cancellation requests made before dispatch on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation is not guaranteed.

To request cancellation, customers must contact us on WhatsApp at 8153064680 as soon as possible after placing the order.

3. Cancellation After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, the customer must receive the order and follow the applicable return, replacement, or refund process if eligible.

4. No Cancellation Charges

FirstTiny currently does not charge cancellation fees.

However, shipping, payment gateway, COD, or other charges may be deducted if costs have already been incurred and cancellation is approved by FirstTiny.

5. Cancellation by FirstTiny

FirstTiny reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  1. Product out of stock
  2. Pricing error
  3. Payment failure
  4. Incorrect customer information
  5. Incorrect or incomplete address
  6. Courier non-serviceability
  7. Suspicious transaction
  8. COD misuse
  9. Duplicate order
  10. Operational or technical issue
  11. Force majeure events

If payment has already been received, refund will be processed to the original payment method as per our Refund Policy.

6. Cash on Delivery Orders

COD orders may be cancelled by FirstTiny if:

  1. Customer does not confirm the order
  2. Customer has previous refused deliveries
  3. Address is incomplete or not serviceable
  4. Customer is unreachable
  5. Order appears suspicious

Repeated COD refusal may lead to restriction of COD facility for that customer.

7. How to Request Cancellation

  1. Order number
  2. Registered mobile number
  3. Reason for cancellation
  4. Product name
  5. Payment method

8. Refund for Approved Cancellation

If cancellation is approved and payment has already been made, refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund timeline: 5 to 7 business days after approval

Bank/payment gateway delays may be outside FirstTiny’s control.
